Themed on “empowering physical stores, achieving success at the end of the year”, systematically sorting out the development process, arranging for the subsequent work. The conference centers on the implementation of empowerment in physical stores, discussing the resources integration, value co-creation. The objective is to fuel vitality to the physical stores with strategic synergy and mode innovation, and help achieve the annual goal step by step.

At the conference, relevant departments made a summary on the achievements they’ve made on the Double 11 Festival. All personnel in charge discussed brand transmission, customer retention, and customer acquisition both online and offline, extracting the highlights of experience and development inspirations. Meanwhile, CFI stressed that we should give priority to user demands and the significance of professional health services and business skills in customer acquisition.
