In the context of economic transition and high-quality development, issues such as how to draw strength from the traditional ethic culture and foster a development model with lasting vitality from an enterprise's perspective have been of concern. On December 2, CFI’s leader delivered a speech on the spiritual value and contemporary significance of national culture. He stated that the culture foundation offered strong support for enterprises to move towards the long term and stressed the necessity of its deep integration with the national strategy.

The speech given by the group leader is from three perspective: cultural confidence, spiritual inheritance, and value recognition, and systematically expounds the leading role of national culture in the development of enterprises. He stated that cultural genes such as honesty and integrity, inclusiveness and diversification, and innovation can be converted into the inner logic of enterprise management, to develop resilience and form a unique organizational character. During high-quality development, CFI should not only catch up in terms of technology or scale, but also return to the cultural roots and shape soft power that is in harmony with the country and resonates with the Times.
