Mr. Jiang Zhenjun currently assumes the dual role of Chairman of the Board and CEO at China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).

Holding Chinese nationality, Mr. Jiang Zhenjun, aged 42, was born in September 1979 in Heilongjiang Province, China. He graduated from Beijing Economic and Technological Research Institute with a specialization in Environmental Engineering. As the controlling shareholder of CFI, he has been honored as an “Outstanding Figure in China's 40 Years of Reform and Opening-Up”.

Boasting over two decades of extensive experience in managing large-scale enterprises, Mr. Jiang takes pride in his deep insights into capital market operations across various sectors, including agriculture, retail, real estate, and finance. 

In 1999, he joined Zhonggu Group, a conglomerate founded by his father. His exceptional sales performance led to his appointment as the Northeast Regional Sales Director in 2001. A testament to his continued excellence, he was named Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department in 2003, concurrently assuming the position of General Manager of Daqing Jihe Soybean Products Co., Ltd. The year 2006 marked his election as Group Chairman, where he spearheaded all business lines, directed strategic planning, and orchestrated major decisions. 

From 2006 to 2017, he diligently focused on industrial operations and particularly the real estate sector, overseeing more than ten investment, acquisition, and construction projects, including racecourse, Jihe Residential Complex, Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing, Jihe Jinma International Trade Market, and Jihe Hanwo International Trade Market. Initiating agricultural modernization reforms in 2017, Mr. Jiang successfully facilitated a strategic partnership with Joyoung Group. This collaboration entailed a total investment of RMB 620 million to establish the largest grain processing base in Asia. In 2019, he founded a Group subsidiary and later merged it with Happy Group, orchestrating a successful transition into online sales, with annual sales exceeding 3 billion yuan. He resigned from Zhonggu Group in 2023. 

In August 2023, he founded Heilongjiang Zhongkang Liang Tou Ke Ji Co., Ltd, and then set up China Food Investment Group, and became a 100% controlling shareholder. The Group engaged in the research and development, production and sales of grain and biological products. By the end of 2023, under his leadership, the Group completed the establishment of a global sales network comprising 7,000 offline retail outlets. This network further expanded to reach 12,080 brick-and-mortar stores and outlets worldwide by the end of April 2024.

Zhang Lili, female, 37 years old, was born on October 20th in Daqing City, China, with Chinese citizenship.She studied at Harbin Huade University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in July 2009.

With 10 years of experience in computing, she has excellent technical ability and expertise in computer applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C++. Areas of expertise: software development, technical application, and back-stage management. The application platform's back-stage management can be effectively developed and maintained, allowing for continuous optimization. Actively engaged in system architecture design, she consistently enhancing code and system performance, refining database structure, accelerating system response speed, and ensuring stable system operation.

From August 2009 to December 2011, she worked for Harbin Longwei Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. as a Software Test Engineer. 

From December 2011 to October 2012, she worked in Harbin Yushi Technology Co., Ltd, responsible for the website development project. 

From October 2017 to December 2023, she worked in Jihe Group, who was responsible for system testing and maintenance, full-time monitoring of the overall operation of the system. To ensure the system run safely, rapidly and steadily. She also carried out comprehensive maintenance of the overall system, and adjusted and optimized each module according to different services in different periods.

Since 2024, she has worked in China Food Investment Group, in charge of WeChat channels and traffic sales, and as general manager of Harbin CFI Internet Technology Co., Ltd.

Ms. Li Yun is proposed to be the Executive Director of China Food Investment Group Limited(CFI).

Li Yun, female, 46 years old, was born was born in April 1978 in Heilongjiang Province, China. 

She pursued her undergraduate studies in the Department of Chinese Literature at Harbin Normal University from September 1997 to July 2001, earning a bachelor's degree. Subsequently, from September 2002 to July 2004, she attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she obtained an Master of Business Administration(MBA).

From August 2001 to August 2002, she served as a marketing manager at New Horizons Training Company in the United States. Subsequently, from September 2003 to September 2006, she was employed in a trainer at Hong Kong Huicai Technology Co., LTD. During her tenure, she completed a comprehensive business management curriculum and mastered various psychotherapy techniques, including family constellations, gender relations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gesture-type, Satya, and hypnosis. From October 2006 to October 2021, she served as the founder and mentor of Shanghai Yingge Culture Communication Co., Ltd. She has repeatedly trained and consulted for listed companies, China's top 500 enterprises, and large private organizations, fostering their growth and enhancing staff quality.

From November 2021 to July 2023, she have served as the Director of Internal Training at Happy Group. In this capacity. she have been entrusted with overseeing sales training for the entire organization and investment promotion for the team. Furthermore, she have endeavored to improve the quality and ability of the team through raining and create results for the company.

Since August 2023, she has served as group vice-president at China Food Investment Group(CFI), responsible for the development of group sales team and distributors.

Zhu Weihong is proposed to be Chief Financial Officer of CFI.

Zhu Weihong, male, born in January,1963, obtained a college degree, and possessed the expertise of both an economist and accountant.

From December 1980 to May 1983, he was employed at the Nehe Branch of the People's Bank of China.

From June 1983 to July 1986, he pursued his studies at the Heilongjiang Vocational College of Finance.

From August 1986 to December 2000, he worked in the Nehe Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, successively serving as a loan officer, chief of credit section, and vice-president.

Since 2001, he worked for Zhonggu Group as the head of accounting and finance for subsidiaries and as the general manager of group finance. During his tenure, he led the financial team in the development and implementation of a modern financial and tax management system. Additionally, he was involved in the asset evaluation and cost accounting for the group's acquisitions and purchases of racetracks, grain storage facilities, wineries, and other projects. Under his leadership, the group was awarded the title of A-level tax enterprise, municipal taxpayer, banking system A+ credit rating, provincial benchmark enterprise, provincial high-tech enterprise and other honors. Additionally, he was responsible for organizing the development of the company's profit planning, capital investment, financial planning, sales forecast, expenditure budget, cost standards, as well as the preparation of the company's annual financial budget. Furthermore, he managed the control, accounting, and analysis of the company's costs, aimed at reducing consumption. These efforts significantly contributed to the improvement of the group's financial accounting, management, and internal control processes.

Since August 2023, Mr.Zhu has worked for China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI) as Chief Financial Officer.

Lu Xiuling serves as Operations Director of CFI.

Lu Xiuling, female, 42 years old, was born in Ningde, China.

From September 2022 to July 2023, attended Oxford EF Language School.

From September 2024, she will study at University of Wales, Newport, majoring in a master’s degree in Business and Marketing.

From 2000 to 2009, independently started a business and operated a building materials firm.

Since 2024, employed by China Food Investment Group as the President of Group Operation, overseeing the Group’s strategy, operation, investment promotion and training departments, responsible for setting the Group’s performance goals, establishing corporate culture.

Ms. Tan Jun serves as the Operating Minister of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).

Tan Jun, female, 37 years old, was born in September 1986 in Jiangxi province, China, with Chinese nationality.

From September 2004 to June 2008, she pursued her undergraduate studies at South China University of Technology, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree.

She possessed 15 years of experience in marketing planning and operational management within the online Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Proficient in constructing and enhancing brand market systems, she excelled in formulating and executing tailored marketing and operational strategies, tailored to various corporate characteristics and sales channels. These strategies were developed in conjunction with strategic planning, to facilitate new product launches, marketing promotions, marketing campaign planning, and brand repositioning.

From April 2008 to August 2010, she served as the Director of Brand Planning at Guangzhou Wuxing Advertising Co., Ltd. She was responsible for renowned brands such as Procter & Gamble, Uni-President, Danone, Philips, Agile, and others. Through innovative integrated marketing strategies, she successfully enhanced brand awareness and consumer loyalty in targeted markets.

From October 2011 to October 2013, she assumed the role of Brand Manager at Carslan Group (Hong Kong) Co., limited. From December 2013 to December 2017, she served as the manager of the Planning Department at Taiwan Anjieyu cosmetics Co., limited.. During her tenure, she successfully optimized the product line and promotion strategy, resulting in an 8% increase in the company's market share in professional skincare products and consistent annual performance growth.

Since 2018, She has served as the Operations Director for Zhonggu Group Co., Ltd. Responsibilities have included constructing and implementing the new operation mode and marketing mechanism for the Group, while also guiding the team in devising online marketing strategies for the Group's primary products. Simultaneously, she was entrusted with organizing the annual meetings of 10,000 major dealers of the company twice a year, with the objective of facilitating the incremental growth of the company's sales.

Since 2024, she has worked for China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI) as the Operating Minister.

Cui Yaji serves as Training Minister of CFI and General Manager of Harbin Liangtou Originality Product Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Cui Yaji, female, 45 years old, was born in Changchun, China.

With a lot of time and efforts for study in the marketing industry, she has accumulated professional management and sales experience. As a veteran in management and sales for 20 years, she is a practice-oriented mentor popular with the students, having provided 1000-plus training sessions and led her teams to create brilliant results. Jiangli, female, 38 years old, was born in Heilongjiang Province, China, in March 1987, with a bachelor’s degree in computer application.

From September 2006 to July 2010, she studied at Beijing Economic and Technological Research Institute and obtained a bachelor’s degree.

From 2009 to 2011, she worked in at Daqing Oilfield Thermal Power Company, as the dispatcher.

From 2011 to 2013, she worked in Venus Wedding Photography Co., Ltd as a portrait designer and then served as the manager in Tianchang Dijiu Wedding Dress Photography Co.,Ltd. Nearly 1000 pairs of newly married images were designed.

Wang Han serves as Minister of Justice of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).

From 1995 to 2000, he studied at Zhengzhou University and obtained a bachelor’s degree.

From May 2003 to April 2015, he worked in Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, and was awarded the Medal/Certificate - Individual Third-class Merit by the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China on April 11, 2006.

From April 2015 to September 2019, he worked in Zhuhai Xingangwan Real Estate Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. as a legal manager who was responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs.

From September 2019 to June 2020, he worked in Jiangxi Grandich Realty Group Co., Ltd. as a legal manager who was responsible for checking the legal risks and professional risks in the development, construction and sales of projects under construction and on sale of the nine project enterprises of Jiangxi Grandich Realty Group Co., Ltd.

Wang Feifei serves as Minister of Finance of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).

Ms. Wang Feifei, aged 31, is of Han ethnicity and holds a College Diploma.

From September 2012 to June 2015, she pursued her studies at Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College, specializing in Accounting and Auditing.

Ms. Wang is proficient in handling financial management of accounting operations and possesses hands-on experience with both small-scale enterprises and general taxpayer companies. Her professional credentials are fortified by the possession of a Certificate of Accounting Professional and a certification in Yonyou U8 System.

Between August 2015 and January 2018, she served as an Financial manager at Beijing Longle Investment Co., Ltd.

Since 2018, Ms. Wang has been employed as the accounting supervisor at Zhonggu Group, accountable for overseeing the management of the Group's financial department, formulating the company's profit plan, capital investment strategies, financial planning, sales projections, expenditure budget or cost standards, and the development and preparation of the company's annual financial budget. Additionally, she has been responsible for the management and control, accounting, and analysis of the company's costs, as well as the reduction of consumption.
