Mr. Jiang Zhenjun currently assumes the dual role of Chairman of the Board and CEO at China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).
Holding Chinese nationality, Mr. Jiang Zhenjun, aged 42, was born in September 1979 in Heilongjiang Province, China. He graduated from Beijing Economic and Technological Research Institute with a specialization in Environmental Engineering. He has been honored as an “Outstanding Figure in China's 40 Years of Reform and Opening-Up”.Boasting over two decades of extensive experience in managing large-scale enterprises, Mr. Jiang takes pride in his deep insights into capital market operations across various sectors, including agriculture, retail, real estate, and finance.
In 1999, he joined Zhonggu Group, a conglomerate founded by his father. His exceptional sales performance led to his appointment as the Northeast Regional Sales Director in 2001. A testament to his continued excellence, He was named Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department in 2003, concurrently assuming the position of General Manager of Daqing Jihe Soybean Products Co., Ltd. The year 2006 marked his election as Group Chairman, where he spearheaded all business lines, directed strategic planning, and orchestrated major decisions. From 2006 to 2017, he oversaw more than ten investment, acquisition, and construction projects, including racecourse, Jihe Residential Complex, Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing, Jihe Jinma International Trade Market, and Jihe Hanwo International Trade Market. Initiating cereal product reforms in 2017, Mr. Jiang successfully facilitated a strategic partnership with Joyoung Group. In January, 2017, he was elected to serve as Chairman of Heilongjiang Joyoung Soymilk Co., Ltd.
In August 2023, he founded Heilongjiang Zhongkang Food Investment Technology Co., Ltd, and then set up China Food Investment Group, and became a 100% controlling shareholder. The Group engaged in the research and development, production and sales of grain and biological products. By the end of 2023, under his leadership, the Group completed the establishment of a global sales network comprising 7,000 offline retail outlets. This network further expanded to reach 12,080 brick-and-mortar stores and outlets worldwide by the end of April 2024.
Zhang Lili, female, 37 years old, was born on October 20th in Daqing City, China, with Chinese citizenship.She studied at Harbin Huade University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in July 2009.
With 10 years of experience in computing, she has excellent technical ability and expertise in computer applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C++. Actively engaged in system architecture design, she consistently enhancing code and system performance, refining database structure, accelerating system response speed, and ensuring stable system operation.
From August 2009 to December 2011, she worked for Harbin Longwei Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. as a Software Test Engineer.
From December 2011 to October 2012, she worked in Harbin Yushi Technology Co., Ltd, responsible for the website development project.
From October 2017 to December 2023, she worked in Jihe Group, who was responsible for system testing and maintenance, full-time monitoring of the overall operation of the system. To ensure the system run safely, rapidly and steadily. She also carried out comprehensive maintenance of the overall system, and adjusted and optimized each module according to different services in different periods.
Since 2024, she has worked in China Food Investment Group, in charge of WeChat channels and traffic sales, and as general manager of Harbin CFI Internet Technology Co., Ltd.
Zhu Weihong is proposed to be Chief Financial Officer of CFI.
Zhu Weihong, male, born in January,1963, obtained a college degree, and possessed the expertise of both an economist and accountant.
From December 1980 to May 1983, he was employed at the Nehe Branch of the People's Bank of China.
From June 1983 to July 1986, he pursued his studies at the Heilongjiang Vocational College of Finance.
From August 1986 to December 2000, he worked in the Nehe Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, successively serving as a loan officer, chief of credit section, and vice-president.
Since 2001, he worked for Zhonggu Group as the head of accounting and finance for subsidiaries and as the general manager of group finance. During his tenure, he led the financial team in the development and implementation of a modern financial and tax management system. Additionally, he was involved in the asset evaluation and cost accounting for the group's acquisitions and purchases of racetracks, grain storage facilities, wineries, and other projects. Under his leadership, the group was awarded the title of A-level tax enterprise, municipal taxpayer, banking system A+ credit rating, provincial benchmark enterprise, provincial high-tech enterprise and other honors. Additionally, he was responsible for organizing the development of the company's profit planning, capital investment, financial planning, sales forecast, expenditure budget, cost standards, as well as the preparation of the company's annual financial budget. Furthermore, he managed the control, accounting, and analysis of the company's costs, aimed at reducing consumption. These efforts significantly contributed to the improvement of the group's financial accounting, management, and internal control processes.

Zhou Lijuan is Financial Controller of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI)
Zhou Lijuan, female, 40 years old, was born in Hubei province, China.
From 2007 to 2010, she studied at Chengdu University of Technology, and obtained a master's degree in Computational Mathematics with the direction of Information and Computational Science, minoring in financial management, and passed College English Test Band-6. From 2019 to 2021, she served as senior financial manager of the group at South Pacific Investment, a NYSE listed company.
From 2021 to 2022, served as the head of financial BP in Shenzhen Immotor Technology Co., Ltd..
In 2023, she served as the financial director of the Listing Center of Zhongnengguorong (Shenzhen) Capital Group Co., Ltd., and guided the building of systems for financial accounting, budget accounting and financial operation management. She participated in project due diligence, led the VIE structure construction, assisted in equity transfer and asset appraisal, and reviewed IPO documents, which have enabled several listed projects to be successfully completed.
Since 2024, she has served as the head of finance for the listing of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited(CFI), responsible for the preparing financial plans and forecasts, in charge of guiding subsidiary companies on financial accounting and making financial plans in accordance with Chinese and international financial accounting standards, and building financial management systems for the group's overseas mergers and listings.
