Mr. Jiang Zhenjun currently assumes the dual role of Chairman of the Board and CEO at China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).

Holding Chinese nationality, Mr. Jiang Zhenjun, aged 42, was born in September 1979 in Heilongjiang Province, China. He graduated from Beijing Economic and Technological Research Institute with a specialization in Environmental Engineering. He has been honored as an “Outstanding Figure in China's 40 Years of Reform and Opening-Up”.Boasting over two decades of extensive experience in managing large-scale enterprises, Mr. Jiang takes pride in his deep insights into capital market operations across various sectors, including agriculture, retail, real estate, and finance. 

In 1999, he joined Zhonggu Group, a conglomerate founded by his father. His exceptional sales performance led to his appointment as the Northeast Regional Sales Director in 2001. A testament to his continued excellence, He was named Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department in 2003, concurrently assuming the position of General Manager of Daqing Jihe Soybean Products Co., Ltd. The year 2006 marked his election as Group Chairman, where he spearheaded all business lines, directed strategic planning, and orchestrated major decisions. From 2006 to 2017, he oversaw more than ten investment, acquisition, and construction projects, including racecourse, Jihe Residential Complex, Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing, Jihe Jinma International Trade Market, and Jihe Hanwo International Trade Market. Initiating cereal product reforms in 2017, Mr. Jiang successfully facilitated a strategic partnership with Joyoung Group. In January, 2017, he was elected to serve as Chairman of Heilongjiang Joyoung Soymilk Co., Ltd.

In August 2023, he founded Heilongjiang Zhongkang Food Investment Technology Co., Ltd, and then set up China Food Investment Group, and became a 100% controlling shareholder. The Group engaged in the research and development, production and sales of grain and biological products. By the end of 2023, under his leadership, the Group completed the establishment of a global sales network comprising 7,000 offline retail outlets. This network further expanded to reach 12,080 brick-and-mortar stores and outlets worldwide by the end of April 2024.

With 10 years of experience in computing, she has excellent technical ability and expertise in computer applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C++. Actively engaged in system architecture design, she consistently enhancing code and system performance, refining database structure, accelerating system response speed, and ensuring stable system operation.

From August 2009 to December 2011, she worked for Harbin Longwei Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. as a Software Test Engineer. 

From December 2011 to October 2012, she worked in Harbin Yushi Technology Co., Ltd, responsible for the website development project. 

From October 2017 to December 2023, she worked in Jihe Group, who was responsible for system testing and maintenance, full-time monitoring of the overall operation of the system. To ensure the system run safely, rapidly and steadily. Jia Zhijie serves as Director of New Media Department of CFI.

Jia Zhijie, female, 34 years old, was born in Linfen City, Shanxi Province.

Jiangli serves as Minister of Personnel Department of CFI.

Jiangli, female, 38 years old, was born in Heilongjiang Province, China, in March 1987, with a bachelor’s degree in computer application.

From April 2015 to September 2019, he worked in Zhuhai Xingangwan Real Estate Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. as a legal manager who was responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs.

Wang Hongyi, male, 46 years old, born in Heilongjiang, China, is a Hong Kong citizen with a bachelor’s degree in traditional Chinese medicine and a master’s degree in management.

Wang Hongyi studied at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from September 1997 to July 2001 and obtained a bachelor’s degree; he obtained the certificate of licensed pharmacist in 2004 and in 2006, received MBA education at Dalian University of Technology and obtained a Master’s degree in Management.

From 2001 to 2011, he served as the factory director of Besunyen Pharmaceutical, responsible for production management, with ten years of experience in pharmaceutical production management.

Since 2011, he served as the Director of the Research and Development Center and the Director of the Diabetes Special Committee of China Association of Health-Protection Food for over ten years. Nan Yingying serves as Vice-General Manager of Zhuhai CFI Hengqin Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Nan Yingying, 37 years old, born on September 3th, 1987 in Heilongjiang province, China, is a Chinese citizen with a technical secondary school diploma.

From September 2006 to July 2009, she pursued her studies at Mudanjiang Central School of Vocational Education.

From 2009 to 2012, she worked for Mudanjiang Jiangda Group Co., Ltd. as Administration Manager.

From 2013 to 2017, she worked in Mudanjiang Causeway Bay Group Co., Ltd. as Administration Manager and Purchasing Manager.

From 2018 to 2019, she start her own business as general manager of farmstay.

Since August 2023, she has worked in China Food Investment Group Co., Ltd. And she serves as General Manager of Zhuhai Grain Tech Hengqin Biotechnology. She excels in constructing human resource management systems, with business growth as its core. Responsibilities include formulating group personnel strategy plans and coordinating administrative processes. She developed the group’s personnel organizational structure based on the group’s business strategy. Additionally, she established a recruitment management system that aligns with the group’s development needs and originated the company’s training management system. In accordance with the PDCA cycle, she progressively facilitated the implementation of these systems, enhancing organizational efficiency. She has improved the human resource management system adapted to the mobile Internet integrated group, as well as the drafting and release of various systems, optimized the group's management process.
