While embarking on a new journey to the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China,  cultural construction has become the key to high-quality development. On December 28th, CFI held a sharing event, with the theme of the 15th Five-Year Plan embarking on a new journey. The objective is to learn about corporate culture and its brand philosophy and accelerate CFI the pace of growth in the new journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

The sharing event focused on core topics such as the upgrading of corporate culture, corporate culture construction, and the implementation of corporate culture. Starting from practical cases, it explained the important ideas for integrating the mission, vision, and core values of an enterprise into its operation and management. At the same time, the group's leadership believes that on the basis of doing a good job in cultural upgrading and construction, it is necessary to recognize that the essence of cultural implementation is the high consistency between "corporate nature" and "human nature". Therefore, it should be carried out from two aspects: "implementation general principles" and "implementation tools", to create a unique "corporate culture implementation model" for CFI.

In the future, CFI will continue to hold theme-based sharing events, to convey its cultural connotation to markets at all levels, and to achieve higher quality development during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
