Recently, General Office of people’s government of Heilongjiang Province has issued “an implementation plan on 2024 Comprehensive Utilization of Straw”, and released key tasks, supportive measures, supporting measures in the provincial agricultural sector. It is stressed that we should tackle tough issues, return straw to the field, and foster ecological circulation of agriculture. On November 8th, from the enterprise prospective, put the guiding principles from documents, and follow the guiding principles and make preparations for the follow-up implementation.

Group executives stress that, as a large agricultural enterprise rooted in Heilongjiang Province, actively digesting the connotations of the important document and assuming the subsequent responsibilities is an inescapable duty of Liangtou Group.
