Liangtou Group’s project  Revitalizing Northeast China

On September 21, Yu Hongtao, member of the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Harbin Municipal Party Committee, did research on the Wellness Industrial Park Project. Zhang Jinfeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, Xu Xiangfeng, Secretary of CPC Mulan County Party Committee, and Zou Yonggang, Governor of Mulan County, jointly inspected the project. 

Qin Sihai, Chairman of Liangtou Group, delivered a keynote speech, updating attendees on the project's progress. He stated that Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPC and provincial people’s government attach importance to thoroughly implementing the guiding principles of Xin Jinping’s important speeches in Heilongjiang Province. To enhance confidence, boost morale, and accelerate the construction of a model park for high-quality revitalization, Liangtou Group has been making unremitting efforts for the project!

Currently, the Wellness Industrial Park of Liangtou Group, which covers an area of over 240,000m2, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan, has achieved initial construction results under the efforts of all levels of staff and with the guidance of government departments. The project plans for the first park Science Park, the second park Production Base, and the third park Health and Wellness Park have all been put into practice, and it is expected that some parts of the park will be open for study tours in 2024 and the entire park will be fully completed and become a leading smart park in 2025.
