On August 6, 2024, the cybersecurity department of the Harbin public security bureau led a joint effort with the Mulan Network Security Detachment to promote an improved the business environment. The team visited the Harbin Liangtou Grain Group Co., Ltd. in the district and conducted a discussion on fighting against online rumors and optimizing the business environment.

During the discussion, the police officers advised the company to conduct propaganda and agitation, and to disseminate accurate information through various channels to enhance the employees' ability to distinguish between truth and falsehood. The company should also utilize its own platforms to release authoritative information and guide employees not to spread rumors.

In terms of improving the business environment, the police officers enhanced communication with the company and established a regular visit mechanism to promptly understand the company's needs and difficulties, provide assistance and guidance, and hold regular police-enterprise discussions to promote exchanges and jointly explore strategies for optimizing the business environment.

The discussion activity further promoted a favorable business environment and accelerated the  development of enterprises. The police actively worked with enterprises to jointly promote the optimization of the business environment.
