On October 9th, which was the first working day after the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays, it was also the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025. To help all employees adjust their mindset and pull themselves together, and to ensure a smooth transition between pre-holidays work arrangements   and post-holidays work schedule, CFI held a meeting to get back on track with the work and arrange the work for the fourth quarter. The group's leadership and the work teams of each department attended the meeting, jointly planning for the fourth quarter and building consensus on achieving the main core goals for the entire year.

The meeting began by conducting a mobilization session on "Getting Back on Track with work", emphasizing that the fourth quarter is the final sprint and decisive period of the annual work. All employees are required to quickly shift from their vacation state to the working mode, and fully engage in their work with enthusiasm and a pragmatic attitude. During the meeting, the group leaders reviewed the overall progress of the work in the first three quarters, commended the efforts and achievements of each team in the phased tasks, and clearly stated the importance of the work in the fourth quarter. They pointed out that this is the critical stage for implementing the annual goals, and it is necessary to further unify thoughts and strengthen responsibilities.

This meeting also focused on formulating an overall plan for the tasks for the fourth quarter. Centering on the core goals of the group's annual plan, it clarified the work arrangement and key areas for the fourth quarter at the strategic level. It required each department to focus on the core tasks, strengthen coordination and cooperation, and form a working pattern of upward and downward linkage and joint efforts. The meeting called on all employees to take the fourth quarter as a new starting point, set their goals firmly, strive to be the best, achieve solid work results to successfully conclude the group's annual work, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent development.
