For a comprehensive analysis of the group development path, to further clear the long-term goals, on May 23, CFI held a management improvement promotion meeting, with the theme of “recognizing the situation, unifying thoughts and earnestly implement”. Group executives attended the meeting. This meeting has a profound significance in making plans while facing a changing market.  

At the meeting, group executives had an analysis of the industrial development and market opportunity. They stressed that we should realize the development phases we are at, with a broad vision, on a higher ground. Meanwhile, group leaders had an in-depth discussion to build consensus, and stated that we should be confronted with changing markets with a strategic focus, adhering to innovation-driven development and steady development. We should embrace the changes and foster competitiveness. Moreover, we should look ahead, and build a closed-loop system, to lay a solid foundation for group development.

The convening of this meeting not only clarified the thinking for the group's phased development but also injected a strong impetus for the realization of long-term goals. CFI will take this meeting as an opportunity to continuously strengthen strategic leadership, unite the wisdom and strength of all employees, and make steady progress toward aspirations, writing a brand-new chapter of high-quality development for the enterprise.
