Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Conference on Optimizing Doing Business Environment was held, to promote business climate optimization and inject impetus into rejuvenation. Major projects will be integrated into provincial development, in line with policies on optimizing business climate, to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
