As CFI published its strategy plan for traffic, the workforce made efforts in improving professional ability and productivity, to ensure the implementation of major strategies. On March 1st, the New Media Department conducted training on short video and live-streaming operations. The objective is to improve the comprehensive literacy in creative content, data analysis, and user interaction, to ensure efficient operation of the new media matrix.

The manager of the New Media Department stressed the significance of training and stated that training is not only conducive to ability enhancement, but also helps CFI grasp the future, to build a team that is high-grade, professional, and advanced, with strong support for customer acquisition and revenue growth for brick-and-mortar store dealers. Meanwhile, regarding GAI, various products, and diversified communication, CFI shows its great potential in short video and digital live streaming.

In the future, CFI will assess the effects of the training and optimize the training programme.
