On September 9th, the Group held the 2024 China Food Investment Group Shareholders' Strategic Conference: All-channel sales·A shared future. Jiang Zhenjun, and Zhang Yanxia, majority shareholders of Liangtou Group, Qin Sihai, Chairman of Liangtou Group, and Lu Weitong, Chief Operating Officer jointly attended the meeting, together with group executives and over 60 shareholders of Liangtou Group.

At the meeting, Qin Sihai, Chairman of Liangtou Group, updated attendees on the project progress of three parks of an "AI-powered smart teaching factory". They pursued project research and development, production growth, and public-private collaboration as the general goals, to put forward the preliminary scheme and scientific layout for the future development of the Production Base and Industrial Park project.

Meanwhile, Jiang Zhenjun, a majority shareholder of Liangtou Group, clarified the process framework and strategic steps for the group's "the reverse merger in the US" at the meeting, and made strategic deployment and requirements for the group's next stage of the emphasis of development. He stressed that the group should make efforts in all-channel empowerment, continuously exerting efforts in areas such as brick-and-mortar store sales,  viral expansion of franchise outlets, and smart upgradation. We should also continuously explore new quality productivity and vigorously promote the stable operation of the group's "service" and "marketing" two systems.

Moreover, Zhang Yanxia, a majority shareholder of Liangtou Group, made deployment arrangements for the subsequent "ten thousand-person annual meeting" and delivered an important speech. She said that everyone should work together and strive forward with a practical spirit to achieve the year-end goals and achieve leadfrog development and step-by-step upgrades in all aspects.
