On February 9, CFI held its annual award ceremony, with the theme of “Gallop in concert, bring a bright future”. All departments gathered together to celebrate the grand occasion of the enterprise's development, drawing upon the annual achievements, to draw the blueprint for the future.

At the beginning of the conference, the group executive delivered a speech, stressing the breakthroughs made over the past year and giving all staff his favourable and prompt commitment to high-quality development and major business growth. The speech further clarified its guidelines for sci-tech empowerment and industrial synergy, encouraged all stalls to make efforts in innovation, and strive for excellence with professionalism.

The conference commended the Outstanding Employees of 2025 and their teams, encouraging pioneers with honors, and setting examples, to create an atmosphere of “competing, learning, surpassing, and striving for excellence”. With cheers and applause coming one after another, it showed their sincere endorsement of all staff.
