Work together as a team to stay true to its original aspiration, and join hands to write a new chapter. This week, CFI’s work team officially launched the preparatory work for the internal annual meeting of CFI. All the preparatory personnel focused their efforts and worked collaboratively, conducting in-depth discussions from overall planning, process design, to implementation and execution, to ensure the smooth progress and successful conclusion of the internal annual meeting of the group, to gather the driving force for development in the new year.  

In order to host a warm, profound, and powerful annual meeting, all work team strictly implements the overall deployment, focusing on the core goals of the annual meeting, to strengthen coordination and exchange. In terms of overall arrangement, CFI sorted out time schedule, division of responsibilities, and established an efficient collaborative mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of the preparatory work; In terms of process design, balance the core aspects such as summary and commendation, strategic interpretation, and cultural display, fully consider the participation of employees, and strive to make the annual meeting both in line with the development style of the enterprise and able to convey the warmth of the team; in the execution and planning stage, detail each implementation detail, anticipate possible problems during the preparatory process in advance, formulate targeted response plans, and fully avoid various risks. 

During the preparatory work, all divisions of the work team were clear-cut, and they worked in great harmony. In terms of programme improvement, material preparation and rehearsal, they pursued perfection and worked with great care to demonstrate CFI’s pragmatic and collaborative attitude. All staff members engaged in work with a strong sense of responsibility, attempting to refine every detail and make the annual meeting a significant platform for uniting forces and boosting their spirits, thereby enhancing their confidence as they looked back on the past.

Before the opening of the annual conference, each preparation team will continue to work hard and strive for excellence, thoroughly advancing all preparatory work, aiming to present a grand annual event that is both ceremonious and inspiring, helping all CFI members unite in consensus, work together, and embark on a new journey with greater enthusiasm and write a new chapter of brilliance.
