December 13 marks National Memorial Day. To memorize the history of national suffering and to pool the efforts to forge ahead, CFI organized all departments to hold a commemorative event, themed on “remembering history and warning for the future”. This event aimed to guide all work teams in forming a spiritual consensus by reflecting on the historical context and declaring a commitment to peace, and to draw strength for progress from solemn remembrance.

Group executives delivered a speech and stated that history was conducive for the forming of a national spirit and helped the enterprise shoulder responsibility. To reflect on the past while looking back, gain inspiration while being silent, to further arouse the sense of mission and responsibility, and to inject impetus into group development. Only by always maintaining a sense of awe and being able to distinguish right from wrong can one move forward steadily in the tide of the times.

This thematic commemoration event is not only a spiritual cleansing but also a re-examination of one's original intentions. It enables all colleagues to deeply understand that remembering history is to better create the future.
