The Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development has been approved. China has now entered a critical stage in implementing the 15th Five-Year Plan. This Plan connects the achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan with the long-term goals for 2035. It gives priority to enhancing the dissemination and influence of Chinese civilization. The Plan encourages more cultural enterprises and culture to reach out to the world, and aims to shed light on enterprise development.

Group leader responds to the guiding principle of the Plan for the first time, stresses that during the critical period for realizing socialist modernization, carrying forward Chinese culture is not only a must in response to national strategy, but also a core path in high-quality brand development. Compared with the initial exploration during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, cultural transmission mentioned in the 15th Five-Year Plan centers on its depth and efficacy. As a national enterprise, CFI should take the initiative in the construction of a powerful cultural country, let the brand become a vivid carrier of cultural exchange.


Standing at the new starting point of the 15th Five-Year Plan, CFI will be under the guidance of the Plan, accelerating the integration of cultural connotation and brand value.  In the development pattern where globalization and localization intersect, the group will uphold the concept of openness and inclusiveness, explore the core essence of Chinese civilization, and build a cross-cultural communication bridge through diversified communication practices.
