In order to thoroughly meet relevant requirements for food safety and improve all staff awareness of food safety and health, on August 29, CFI held a lecture on food safety, providing a “firewall” for food safety for the high development of the enterprise.

The lecture focused on the core points in the field of food safety, from the perspective of industrial development and consumer demand, which had great significance in enterprise operation. The sharer talked about food safety management and risk prevention and control, combing with explanations and cases analysis, which let all staff realized that food safety is not only the bottom line for enterprises to shoulder the responsibility, but also a cornerstone for consumer rights safeguarding and the building of brand image.


After attending the lecture, all staff had a better understanding of food safety and health, which has enhancing awareness of safety precaution and professional literacy.
