On August 18, the 9th plenary session of the State Council was held. The session stressed that we should keep up the momentum of economic recovery and growth, striving to secure the gross target set for the year. The session sent a signal to prioritize stability while pursuing progress, and deepen the reform and opening up, to shed light on the economic work in the next stage. CFI organized a team to conduct a study on national policy, combining group strategy, to further explore paths centered on sci-tech innovation.

At the session, the group leader delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the importance of prioritizing high-quality development in response to national policy opportunities. The leader urged CFI to align with national strategies, increase investment in research and development, and achieve breakthroughs in core technology to drive new business growth. Additionally, the speech highlighted the need to strengthen industry-university-research innovation, optimize the environment, and promote the transformation of scientific achievements to support the group’s ongoing upgrade.

This meeting further unified thoughts and consolidated consensus. CFI will follow the overall spirit of the State Council's decisions, maintain confidence, set clear goals, lead industrial upgrading through technological innovation, fulfill its responsibilities in serving the national strategy through practical actions, demonstrate new achievements of the enterprise in promoting economic recovery and improvement, and lay a solid foundation for achieving the annual development goals.
