To implement the work arrangements and deployments of the Group regarding "promoting the standardization and sustainability of the physical market", and to ensure that the relevant measures are thoroughly implemented and effectively carried out, as well as to follow the physical industry strategic requirements of the "Dealers’ Conference", on February 18th, the Industrial Department of the Group established a special research team. They conducted visits to stores, recorded the business conditions meticulously, sorted out the problem cruxes, and endeavored to implement precise policies, consolidate the market foundation, and ensure the implementation of the strategy.

By establishing strict standards, strengthening guidance for store operations, and disseminating relevant regulations, the special task force has further injected impetus into standardized operations for physical distributors. At the same time, following the guiding principles of the "Dealers’ Conference", with specific cases, the team stated the positioning and strategies of physical stores in the market, emphasizing the importance of both compliance and innovation, and formulated a systematic training plan to comprehensively enhance capabilities such as product knowledge, sales skills, communication ability, and customer service awareness.

Then, a special team will follow up with store operations and hold events for experience sharing to combine theory with practice and help the physical stores improve performance. Meanwhile, we should take market dynamics into consideration, adjust strategies, and promote the development of physical store operations.
