With the bumper harvest in Northeast China, the conservation and maintenance of scarce black soil resources have become major issues in the agricultural sector in Northeast China. Recently, they have adopted multiple measures and offered various outstanding examples. On October 12nd, the Group deeply studied the typical demonstration of “security in land conservation, with ways of land maintenance”, combined with its strength, actively made plans concerning farmland conservation and black soil maintenance.

The group made a conclusion on the key points of the “demonstration” and further clarified the overall thoughts, proposing a plan for black soil conservation that focuses on strict control of polluted farmland, construction of high-standard farmland, and green agriculture. The head of the group's agricultural sector emphasized that the agricultural development concept of "combining quality, quantity, and ecology as a whole" should always be adhered to, and that the group should continuously tap into its wisdom to contribute to the high-quality and sustainable development of agriculture in Northeast China.
