Liangtou Group invests a RMB 4 billion in constructing an AI-powered smart teaching factory, which is regarded as a project to revitalize Northeast China with large-scale investment, vast area and high intelligence. Post-commencement, the project receive extensive attention from the government and market partners.

On August 13th, leaders of Harbin Commission for discipline Inspection visited AI smart study factory and were briefed on the project’s progress. They investigated and surveyed in the performance of functional departments, and optimized business environment.

QIN Sihai, Chairman of Liangtou Group, updating attendees on the project's progress and integrating planning. He expressed his gratitude to functional departments of Harbin city and Mulan county for their services and support.

Mr Qin noted that the building goes up while the industry puts down roots. This year, Liangtou Group will “improve its quality and effectiveness in industrial development” and focus on AI, new entity, new health, to explore a new way for the construction of smart parks. Planning land use on the area of 245,000 m2, the group build an AI-powered smart teaching factory featuring production, R&D, marketing, and cloud data functions. Its “blueprint” , industrial upgrading and emerging driving force, is drawn into true-view painting!
