The Mulan County government implemented the most "distinctive Mulan" arrangements and ceremonies for this study tour. This included police cars escorting the tour group, traffic police providing additional support, and government personnel greeting the group to ensure the maximum safety of the study tour of CFI. This not only reflected the government's dedication to the food investment project but also showcased the warmth and hospitality of Mulan County.

Over 1200 individuals, more than 30 buses, the formidable study tour team of China Food Investment Group has infused new vitality into Mulan. Departing from the Northeast and returning to the Northeast, all members of Grain Investment adhere to the principles of "not forgetting one's roots" and "heritage"!

At the welcome ceremony held in front of the Health Industry Study and Production Base of CFI, located in the economic development zone of Mulan country. On behalf of the leaders of the Party committee, the National People’s Congress, the government as well as of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, officials and the general public, ZOU Yonggang, Deputy Secretary of CPC Mulan County Party Committee, and Governor of Mulan County, extends our warm welcome and sincere thanks to the study tour of CFI. Zhu Qingguo, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the county People’s Congress, and Yang Zhenjia, vice chairman of the CPPCC Mulan county committee, jointly attended the welcome ceremony. 

In his address to the people, the government “sets the stage” and the enterprise “acts in an opera”. Enterprise must be absolutely“ the leading role” in the development of Mulan county, and the greatest source of vitality for promoting urban development.

CFI's “Health Industry Study and Production Base” project is guided by scientific and technological innovation, to accelerate the building of a service platform for innovation and promote industrial agglomeration and intensification. The project not only plays a key role in the transformation and development of Mulan county, but also promote the development with large health industry as its core.

Qin Sihai, the chairman of CFI, expressed his sincere gratitude. He said, Mulan's favorable business environment, attracted Heilongjiang Liangtou group’s investment in plant construction. He fully felt “distinctive Mulan ” “Mulan speed” and “Mulan service” in the process of project implementation. Liangtou group has a close cooperation with Mulan county, by use of characteristic resource-Black land, to empower the development of Mulan’s health industry.

Qin Sihai introduced the situation of enterprise investment and construction at the scene, and looked forward to the future.

A group of people choose a city, is trust; Meet the right person in a city, is lucky. “An ordinary happiness” happened to 1200 dealerships present here, witnessing the "great development". After the welcome ceremony, the study tour visited Ma Xu Cultural Heritage and Museology Art Center, Lianzheng Square beside Jiangpan Park, Kangyang Conference Center and Mulan City in five groups.

The study tour listened carefully to the on-site explanation of the docent, personally felt the thick red historical and cultural heritage of Mulan county, inherited selfless love from Ma Xu andYan Xueyong, broad mind and the red spirit of the Northeast Resistance League, enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Mulan town, and anchored the development strategy of the construction of grain investment and health industry.
