At the beginning of the New Year, to ensure that all staff improved their abilities and work levels, CFI kicked off events to increase income through learning. By building a system for all staff to learn, share their knowledge, and carry out training programs for real practice, we aim to drive the innovation force and inject strong impetus into operational benefits.

The group actively fostered a system of talent and opened the channel to improve ability. Centering on group executives, CFI focused on lean management and conducted research and studies on digital transformation and standardized management. Meanwhile, CFI led the team to discuss cases and examples, to achieve the overall improvement of the work team. Moreover, CFI built the team to carry out issues such as marketing improvement, and customer services upgrading, to promote high-quality development in the new year.
